高壓(ya)(ya)放(fang)電(dian)棒(bang)是利用新型(xing)絕緣材料(liao)加工而(er)成。它具(ju)(ju)有能拉長,又能收(shou)縮(suo)(suo)的特點。便(bian)(bian)攜式(shi)伸縮(suo)(suo)型(xing)高壓(ya)(ya)放(fang)電(dian)棒(bang)便(bian)(bian)于在室外各項(xiang)高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)試驗中使用,特別在做直流耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試驗后(hou),對試品上積(ji)累(lei)的電(dian)荷,進行對地放(fang)電(dian),確保人身安全(quan)。伸縮(suo)(suo)型(xing)高壓(ya)(ya)放(fang)電(dian)棒(bang)便(bian)(bian)于攜帶,方便(bian)(bian)、靈活,具(ju)(ju)有體積(ji)小、重量輕(qing)、安全(quan)。
放電(dian)棒(bang)使用方法
1、將便攜式伸縮型(xing)高(gao)壓放電棒伸縮部(bu)分全部(bu)拉(la)出。
2、把(ba)配(pei)制好的接地(di)(di)線(xian)插(cha)(cha)頭插(cha)(cha)入放電棒(bang)的頭端部位的插(cha)(cha)孔內(nei),將地(di)(di)線(xian)的另一端與大(da)地(di)(di)連(lian)接,接地(di)(di)要(yao)可靠。
3、放電時應在試驗完畢后,即直流發生器的控制箱的升壓旋鈕回到零位上,此時可觀察直流高壓發生器控制箱上的電壓表的電壓下降到15kV~20kV左右,方可放電。
4、放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)應先用(yong)放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)棒(bang)的(de)(de)前端(duan)的(de)(de)金屬尖頭,慢(man)慢(man)的(de)(de)去靠近已斷開試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)(de)試(shi)品。此時(shi)放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)棒(bang)釋(shi)放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能是經過一放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻進行對(dui)地放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。然后(hou)再(zai)用(yong)放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)棒(bang)上(shang)接地線上(shang)的(de)(de)鉤子去鉤住試(shi)品,進行第二次直接對(dui)地放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。
放電棒注意事項
1、對大電(dian)(dian)容試(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)放電(dian)(dian)時(shi),須在(zai)試(shi)驗(yan)完畢后(hou),斷開(kai)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)源后(hou),應該(gai)等待一(yi)(yi)段時(shi)間后(hou),使(shi)試(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)上的(de)電(dian)(dian)荷通(tong)過(guo)倍壓(ya)筒及試(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)本身對地自放電(dian)(dian)。此時(shi)可觀察(cha)控制(zhi)箱上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)數(shu)在(zai)逐步下降跌落,當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下降到(dao)較低的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),一(yi)(yi)般在(zai)5kV~15kV左右(you),方可用(yong)放電(dian)棒去逐(zhu)步移向試(shi)品附近。先通過間隙空氣游離放電(dian),此時可聽(ting)到嘶(si)嘶(si)的聲音,當無聲音后,用(yong)放電(dian)棒*去碰試(shi)品,zui后將試(shi)品直接接地(di)放電(dian)。
2、大(da)電(dian)容(rong)試品積累電(dian)荷的大(da)小與(yu)試品電(dian)容(rong)的大(da)小和施加電(dian)壓的高低與(yu)時(shi)間的長短成正比。
3、對幾公里(li)以上的(de)高(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)纜試驗結(jie)束后,放(fang)電(dian)時(shi)間一般(ban)都要很長(chang),且需多次反復放(fang)電(dian)。電(dian)阻容量要很大(da),需訂購(gou)大(da)容量的(de)放(fang)電(dian)棒。
4、嚴禁(jin)未拉開試驗電源(yuan)用(yong)放電棒對試品進行(xing)放電。
5、嚴禁用腳踩(cai)及重物擠壓(ya)放電棒(bang),嚴禁折(zhe)彎、折(zhe)斷(duan)放電棒(bang)。
6、嚴禁將放電棒受潮,影響絕緣強度(du),應放在干燥(zao)的地方。
